# MANASSIK

> MANASSIK (also written Manassik or Manasik, مناسك) is the #1 platform for Omra and Hajj agencies. It is a SaaS back-office for travel agencies and tour operators serving France, Belgium and Morocco (officially operating in Morocco under a local legal entity since September 2026): build and cost a program, sell it, fill the rooms, collect the money, and close the season knowing the real margin. Available in French, English and Arabic (full right-to-left).

MANASSIK is built for Omra and Hajj agencies first. It also runs domestic and international programs, multi-branch agency networks, and agencies that sell through partners and intermediaries. It replaces the Excel files, WhatsApp groups and separate tools that agencies usually run a season on.

## What it does
- Programs and seasons: Omra, Hajj, domestic and international programs, flights with seat tracking, hotels with per-room-category rates, extras per traveler
- Cost sheet and real margin: plan the full cost before selling, then compare planned versus actual, with profit and loss per program and per departure
- Bookings and travelers: passport details and photo, groups and families, Excel/CSV import with line-by-line validation, confirmation PDFs, cancellations and credit notes
- Occupancy and rooms: live occupancy, automatic room allocation (gender rules, family cohesion), shortage detection, rooming lists and manifests in PDF and Excel
- Payments and cash: split payments, installments, cash, cheque, card and transfer, branch cash drawers, day-close, financial journal, invoices, debt aging
- Partners and intermediaries: private catalogs, per-partner agreements, orders, a partner portal, automatic commission accrual and payouts
- Dashboards, roles and permissions, per-agency branding, trilingual interface

## How to start
- Live demo in one click (agency name, your name, phone number): no credit card, nothing to install
- Contract first, then the space opens as soon as it is signed. Annual subscription. Onboarding and team training are included, with phone and WhatsApp support
- Plans: Basic, Standard and Premium (adjustable users, agencies and bookings) and a custom Enterprise plan
- Data hosted in the EU (Germany), encrypted, isolated per agency, GDPR-compliant; exports to Excel, PDF and CSV
